Registration for our services is only available to Crestone area residents who have lived here for more than three months. However, more information for non-residents or those interested in starting an end-of-life project in their own community can be obtained here.
You can request for a complete hard-copy registration packet be mailed to you from our Registration Coordinator, Rainbow Adler by email request or by calling 719.256.4640. Be sure to include your full contact information, and complete mailing address.

We make every attempt to keep our services affordable and reasonable. We are an all volunteer organization, and we ask only for a small donation to cover hard costs. OPEN AIR CREMATION

stretcher and Dragon Mountain land use.

GREEN BURIAL @ CRESTONE CEMETERY (Payable to the Town of Crestone)
$450_____For 6 person plot – (this could be divided with 5 others
or kept by one person)
$250_____For deposit
(to be returned when burial site is restored after burial)
$ 90_____Per hour for excavation and closure.
(Time required approximately 2-3 hours)

Please note: During January, February, & March – given normal winter freezing, excavation is not possible.
TRADITIONAL CREMATION AT ROGERS’ MORTUARY, ALAMOSA (Payable to Rogers Mortuary)
$1782.25_____ This covers transport of the body, cardboard coffin,
Cremation and completion of legal documentation.
If you wish CEOLP to assist you with “Lying in State” such as care of
the body and providing a stretcher, before the body is transported to
Rogers Mortuary, there is an additional requested donation of $150.
