Support

Although registration with the Crestone End of Life Project is only available to Crestone residents, CEOLP offers a variety of support services to those outside our community.

Advanced directives are essential to end of life planning. Begin with reading about Documents You May Need to understand the necessary paperwork involved.

If you are a support person, you may want to read more about the different kinds of caregiver issues in our Caregiver Network area.

The terminally ill are often faced with an array of complex issues and meaningful concerns. Read more about Issues You Will Face as a dying person, and empower yourself with knowledge to face your biggest challenges with courage, skill and grace.

It is important that you and your family Know Your Rights. Laws and regulations around end-of-life matters vary from state to state and county to county, so be informed.
